Evolving threats, political turmoil and domestic civil unrest has created an atmosphere of uncertainty for responders and the community at large. NMTEP utilizes a unique approach to training by introducing "real" elements into every course or exercise we offer. Coupled with instructors well versed in the subjects they present, NMTEP offers a one of a kind training experience.

Utilizing a staff experienced in all aspects of emergency response JLC founder James Leach chose associates with the ability to "walk the walk and talk the talk" with responders as well as administrators. Each of our associates had backgrounds not only in their field of expertise but has also served as an instructor for that field.
